Today the HR department is concerned not only with issues of policy and administration, but also with decision-making process. The new HR practices introduced in the recent period, viz. employee empowerment, teamwork, flatter organisations, use of technology and its impact on employee relations was highlighted. SAP, ERP, MIS, and AI based applications have helped HR managers in decision making related to Employee relations.
