Eid Milad-un-Nabi is an auspicious event for Muslims as it honors the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), the last messenger of Allah. 

Ms. Saniya Qureshi, Student – MCA I, welcomed the audience and informed them about how Muslims across the world celebrate the day. They visit the mosque or dargah, recite the Quranic verses to begin their day. Processions through the city are organized and stories of the Prophet's life and lessons are narrated to inspire the young generation. Community feasts, gifts to the poor, and evening prayers to heaven are likewise essential for the festivals, as loved ones meet up to remember this unique day.
