Marathi Bhasha Diwas

Every year on February 27th India celebrates Marathi Bhasha Gaurav Din also known as Marathi Language Day. This day pays homage to literary giant, Kusumagraj, and his dedication to promoting Marathi literature and social reforms. The celebrations started off with the singing of the Rajya Geet.

Ms. Sakshi Barnat from MBA-1 welcomed everyone to the event and explained the importance of Marathi RajBhasha Diwas. The students of MBA I Ms. Preeti Dhamdhere and Madhuri Wanve recited poems written by them. Some of the students recited poems written by Kusumagraj. MBA student Ms Sakshi Salve sangMarathi song.

The students of MBA II presented dance performance on Marathi song.

Ms. Sangita Konde (Librarian) concluded the event with vote of thanks in Marathi.
