On 23rd September 2023, SVIMS celebrated NSS Day, delving into the history and objectives of the National Service Scheme. Ms. Mokshita Gaur highlighted the duties of NSS volunteers and the importance of engaging students in community programs, emphasizing the significance of NSS Day.

The celebrations included the "Amrit Kalash" event, where students carried pots filled with soil in a spirited procession, enthusiastically chanting slogans like "Jay Jawan Jay Kisan." The soil was later incorporated into the plant beds at SVIMS, symbolizing a commitment to environmental sustainability.

All NSS volunteers pledged their dedication to the integration and growth of India, reflecting the core values of the NSS. The event was conducted under the guidance of NSS Coordinator, Dr. Kalpana Salunkhe, fostering a sense of responsibility and unity among the participants.
