Teacher – Guru – Your Mentor, Philosopher and Guide. There is one Teacher/Guru in everyone’s life who has played a prominent role in shaping one’s life.

Today, students of SVIMS celebrated the day to offer their gratitude to the teachers with pomp and grandeur. Dr. B H Nanwani, Director accompanied by faculty members, inaugurated the program by lighting the traditional lamp. Ms. Saniya Qureshi and Ms. Sakshi Barnat welcomed the audience, and the latter sang a beautiful song to set the tone for the day. This was followed by poems and speech by Ms. Vidhi Sharma, Ms. Sanskruti Shelhalkar, Ms. Pooja Patil and Ms. Sanskruti Badekar.

This was followed by games conducted by MCA – Part II students led by Ms. Batul Hussain and Ms. Sheetal Pisal. They were Identification of Songs based on Music Track, one-minute games and Dumb Charades. It brought out the musical and creative side of the faculty members. Overall, a wonderful program organized by the students that was enjoyed by all the faculty members.
