International Women's Day celebrated on March 8th each year, is a global day recognizing the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. It also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity.

This year SVIMS family celebrated Women’s Day on 11th March,2024. Students of MBA 1st year showcased a skit on the different roles of women in the society highlighting the gender inequality in the 21st century. Ms. Vidhi Sharma gave beautiful speech on varied roles played by modern women in the present society. Ms. Sakshi Barnat from MBA 1st Year sang a melodious song on Mother. Faculty members also shared their views on the role of women in modern society and how to get women empowered in the rural villages.
