Awareness on Mental Wellbeing

Ms. Jain’s session took the students on a  journey wherein they touched every phase of their lives. She helped them to uncover their thoughts in a simple yet impactful manner. Taking examples from daily life scenarios, she asked students to self-reflect on the things that matter most to them and the impact of various experiences the students have had till date. She encouraged the students to talk more openly about their mental wellbeing, to reach out to friends, families and even counselors without being afraid of generic notions or myths that go with the term “mental wellbeing”.
