Dr. Bagwe gave a holistic view to building a career in the Indian Government sector. He started with the assessment that one should undertake for himself/herself before deciding on a career and the preparation required to be completed at an individual level. After setting the tone right, he moved on to explaining the various positions under UPSC and MPSC, the structure of the examinations and what is expected and asked under each stage of these examinations. This webinar was concluded with a Question and Answer session where he also provided the participants with online resources that can be accessed to keep a tab on job openings.
